• Maximum occupancy is 8 people  

• No parties
• No pets
• No smoking
• 50% deposit required to secure booking, remaining 50% required 1 month prior to arrival
• Contact details must be provided
• Check-in is at 2pm
• Check out is a 10am

• Tenants Responsibilities:

             Any breakages, damages or lost keys

             Leaving the townhouse as clean as they found it, including washing up and rubbish removed

             Respect neighbours no noise between 10pm and 8am

             Do not block neighbours driveways with cars, 1 secure garage space is provided

• Cancellations within 1 month of arrival will result in no deposit refunded, cancellations outside this period will receive a 50% refund on deposit only  

• Neighbours complaints caused by unacceptable noise or behaviour may lead to eviction wiith no refund
